Farewells



So my last days in cali were spent hanging out at my favorite food places and saying farewell to my fam and friends. I hung out with my classmates Thursday night and had a blast (1st pic) and Sunday I hung out with Nadine (middle pic) at tapioca express where we made our annual new years plans (since i will be back in town) and began discussing her visit to Chi-town to visit me in the spring!! The last pic shows the beautiful bouquet that my co-workers gave me on my last day of work. I really wish I could have my old job with me in the Chi because I loved working there. Overall, I am glad I said my goodbyes but am super excited to call Chicago my home!!!

    Nice post. I'm about to leave my city of Brisbane and head on over to a completely different country myself!

Intro to the story...

So I knew I was destined to be in Chi Town when Y! avatars created a look that was exactly identical to an outfit I wore last winter while visiting Chicago lol Seriously, I have always been a city girl trapped in the suburbs but God has finally given me the opportunity to be where I want to be. So this blog will detail my adventures of living in Chicago shown through photos (because why type a thousand words when a picture can do the same :P). I was actually inspired by this concept from Lala's blog (www.iamlala.com) since thats what she does on her website. That's the super condensed version of why I am starting a blog/moving to Chicago!
